In some cases you may need to know the Cyan Device Name, please follow the instructions below to obtain the device name.
If the device is no longer functioning, email the serial number to support@bluedotsolutions.com

Start the Cyan Engine and click Show Registration Details

If the Cyan application is already running, go to the Login screen - Menu (upper right) - About - Go to Cyan Registration - Show Registration Details.
To change the name of a device
- Login to Cyan Web Portal as a Tenant Admin
- Click Manage Devices
- Search for the device name and click the button
- Enter a new Device name and click Save
