In Cyan, you cannot delete user accounts, instead user are disabled.
If you absolutely need a user account completely deleted, please contact swift@bluedotsolutions.com
- Login to Cyan Web Portal as a Tenant Admin
- Click Manage Users
- Find the user that you want to disable and click the edit button
- Scroll down and check the User is Disabled box
- Click Save
