Manage Your Account

From Manage Your Account you can set up an Identity Provider for single sign-on, Add DRIVE and COMMAND licenses and update your companies contact information.

Set Identity Provider

MilesAhead currently supports three different Identity Providers, MilesAhead internal (default), Azure AD, and Geotab. If you change the identity provider you will need to create accounts for all DRIVE and COMMAND users in your chosen identity provider

Configure Geotab as an Identity Provider

1. Login to MilesAhead COMMAND portal and browse to Account Tools - Manage Your Account
2. On the Set Identity Provider tab, select Geotab from the list
3. In the Directory URL field, enter your Geotab server URL/Database name.
   
4. Admin Username and Password are not needed and can be left blank.
5. Logout and back in with a Geotab user account.
6. If you received a message saying your account is not active or you don't have access, please email support@bluedotsolutions.com and include you MilesAhead tenant and username.

Configure Azure AD as an Identity Provider

1. Login to MilesAhead COMMAND portal and browse to Account Tools - Manage Your Account
2. On the Set Identity Provider tab, select Azure Active Directory from the list.
   
3. Directory URL, Admin Username and Password are not needed and can be left blank.
4. Logout and back in with an Azure AD user account.
5. If you received a message saying your account is not active or you don't have access, please email support@bluedotsolutions.com and include you MilesAhead tenant and username.

Manage Licensing

1. Login to MilesAhead COMMAND portal and browse to Account Tools - Manage Your Account
2. On the Manage Licensing tab, select the license for which you want to add licenses too
3. Enter a new license total.
    You will be automatically billed for additional licenses. Please contact your sales rep for pricing.
   

Contact Information

1. Login to MilesAhead COMMAND portal and browse to Account Tools - Manage Your Account
2. On the Contact Information tab, full in your contact information and admin and billing. This can be the same person
