Searching for Orders in Cyan POD for Infor

To search for orders, please do the following

Login to portal.cyan.us.com
Select Stop Summary in the Custom Tools section
Enter an order number or partial order number in the Order Search box and press enter or Search

Tip: For faster searching, use "=" followed by the full order number. Please note, this is an exact match search, so you must enter the full order number - suffix number (123456-00)
Your search results will be shown in the grid below.
To clear the search results, select the Clear button.

Tip: You can use "=" in any of the search fields for faster searching. When using a equals search, the search term must be an exact match. Example: Searching for customer name "Customer 2". If you enter "=customer 2", no results will be found because "c" is not capitalized. You would need to enter "=Customer 2"
