Force Cyan to import SXe Set files

  1. Login to the Cyan Web Portal as a Tenant Admin (https://portal.cyan.us.com)
  2. Select Manage Messages
  3. In the Message Name column, select Run Integration.
  4. Click the info icon on the latest Run Integration message.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Re-submit
