Removing an older IMS Server version

  1. On your server, open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\IMSServer\
  2. Right-click UninstallService.bat and select Run as Administrator
  3. In the system tray, right-click the mNOW! Middleware icon and select Exit
  4. Rename or delete the IMSServer folder in c:\Program Files
