Configuring Support Contact Info for MilesAhead DRIVE

You can customize the support contact information that is displayed to your drivers in the DRIVE application. Here's how;

1. Login to Command as an Admin
2. Select Application Configuration - MilesAhead DRIVE
3. Select Universal Config - Help & Feedback
4. Update Help Desk Name, Email and Phone Number.
   
5. Click the Save icon in the top bar and select Yes to publish your changes

Your changes will now appear in the Help & Feedback screen on the device.
