Overview

Drive Configuration is split up into 6 categories

• Circle of Service - List of Stop Types and associated task to be completed at the stop.
• Task Config - List of tasks and their configuration options 
• Universal Config - Application configuration the is un-related to stop types and task. This includes HOS settings, Help and Support and more.
• Inspections - Configurations for Vehicle Inspections, Vehicle types, and inspection templates
• Supporting Data - Lookup values for status and type list, for example, Order or Stop status, units of measure
• Languages & Labels - Change field label text and configure the application in different languages.

Creating a new Configuration version

1. In MilesAhead Command, select Application Settings - MilesAhead DRIVE
2. Select the settings gear icon and click Add New
   
3. Enter a version name. This could be a descriptive name or a version number.
4. If you would like to clone an existing config, click the Clone Version checkbox and select the config to clone.
   
5. Click Save

Selecting a Configuration version

1. In MilesAhead Command, select Application Settings - MilesAhead DRIVE
2. Select the settings gear icon and click the desired version.
   

Assigning Configuration Versions

1. In MilesAhead Command, select Manage Users & User Groups
2. Select the User Group tab
3. Create or edit a user group
4. Click DRIVE Config Version and select the desired config
   
5. Click Save
