Problem
When using Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90, Simplicity (MobiControl) continuously prompts you to download and install the remote control plugin.
Solution
- Open Chrome and enter the following in the address bar.
chrome://flags/#enable-npapi - Enable "NPAPI"
- Exit all open Chrome windows and tabs.
- Re-open Chrome and try remote control again. If it still does not work, restart your PC.
