How do I Remote Control a Device?

Login to the Simplicity Web Portal
Email support@bluedotsolutions.com if you need an account or forgot your password
Find the device you want to remote control, right click and select Remote Control.

Please Note: The first time you remote control, you'll be prompted to download and install the plugin. Follow the on-screen instructions. When complete, right-click the device again and select remote control.
