Configure Advanced Mobile to use SSL

1. Install the cert in IIS and add a binding for port 443. See IIS documentation.
2. Open the Adv Mobile server config tool on the server.
3. Select Manage Advanced Mobile Server Instance SSL Settings
4. Click Next
5. Select the Instance that you want to enable SSL on and click Next
6. For each app listed, select Use SSL and select Finish
    
7. Once this has been done, on the Adv Mobile Client (Work/Inspections) login screen, select Configuration and select Use SSL

Note: The Adv Mobile client must be configured to connect using the server fully qualified domain name. You can update this on the client configuration screen or in the Adv Mobile Portal on the Install tab. If you config this on the portal, you'll need to reinstall Adv Mobile on the client devices.
